2013 High Elevation Chardonnay

Sugar at harvest was 25 degrees brix. 60% barrel fermented, 40% stainless steel fermented. 60% Malolactic fermented to create a rich, creamy mouth feel and multiple layers of depth and complexity.

2011 Single Vineyard Barbera


The grapes used to produce our 2011 Shannon Ridge Single Vineyard Barbera were picked from our High Valley Vineyards in Lake County. They were allowed to hang on the vines long enough for the acid to come into balance. We did a long cold soak on the skins to improve color and enhance the fresh fruit. The fruit was pressed at dryness and put through Malo-lactic fermentation. Aged in French and American oak to enhance the creamy vanilla mouthfeel.
