2011 High Elevation Chardonnay
SILVER MEDAL - 2013 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition
* 88 Points - Connoisseurs' Guide January 2013 Ripe golden apples are very much at center stage here while a good dollop of creamy oak lends a boost in overall richness. The wine steers away from high acid and is instead slightly viscous, but it never becomes sluggish or overly soft. While it may not be one that we would pour with fresh oysters, and we would not recommend a lengthy stay in the cellar, it will make a most enjoyable companion to simple roast chicken right now.
SILVER - Sunset International Wine Competition 2012
87 Points - Wine Enthusiast Magazine Buying Guide December 2012 Nuanced yet straightforward, this is deliciously simple in its approach. Notes of honey, vanilla and stone fruit shine most brightly, and the finish teases with a tropical misting of coconut. —V.B.
