2008 Petite Sirah

Winemaking Notes

The grapes used to produce our 2008 Shannon Ridge Lake County Petite Sirah came from our family’s High Valley Vineyards in Lake County, California. These blocks create an intense complex multi layered wine from fruit picked at the peak of ripeness. Stainless steel fermented and barrel aged in French and American oak to add a nice richness and balance.

Flavor: Blueberry, cedar spice, boysenberry
Texture: Rich, well balanced, bold lingering finish
