2008 Single Vineyard Roussanne

Winemaking Notes

The grapes used to produce our 2008 Shannon Ridge Lake County Roussanne were picked from our Morine Ranch block with steep south facing slopes which help create an elegant wine with great complexity. We blended in 11% Viognier to help brighten the tropical aromas. The wine was stainless steel fermented to help protect the delicate fruit flavors. 10% barrel fermented to add richness and help fill the mid palate.

Texture: Full bodied, Long lingering finish
