2008 “Single Vineyard” Viognier

Winemaking Notes

The grapes used to produce our 2008 Shannon Ridge Lake County Viognier were picked from our Morine Ranch block with steep south facing slopes which help create an elegant multi-layered wine with great complexity. The wine was barrel fermented in French oak to help add a rich mouth feel and creamy softness and balance.

Aroma: Ripe Peach, Tropical Fruit, Creamy Vanilla
Flavor: Peaches, Cream soda, Citrus
Texture: Soft richness, Lush finish
