2008 Wrangler Rosé

Winemaking Notes

The grapes used to produce our 2008 Shannon Ridge Wrangler Rosé were picked from the steep hillsides above Clearlake. We chose the Syrah grape as the backbone of this clean crisp and elegant wine. Picked at 22.5 brix to help bring out the bright strawberry fruit flavors. We also blended in Barbera to help with crispness while adding hints of Pomegranate to the flavor.
