2009 Ranch Collection Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaking Notes

The grapes used to produce our 2009 Shannon Ridge Lake County Cabernet Sauvignon were harvested from several different blocks from our family’s vineyards in High Valley and Red hills appellations in Lake County, California. Deep color and flavors were achieved with gentle handling, controlled fermentation and some extended maceration. Aged in French and American oak to help create a balanced soft mouthfeel.

Flavor: Bing Cherry, Dark Raspberry, Creamy Vanilla
Texture: Rich, well balanced with a long finish
