2009 Single Vineyard Riesling

Winemaking Notes

The grapes used to produce our 2009 Shannon Ridge Lake County Riesling were picked from our Falconer Ranch block which is located on the valley floor near the shores of Clearlake in Lake County. The area receives nice cooling breezes off the lake to help with afternoon temperatures. This wine was cold fermented in stainless steel to help retain the delicate fruit flavors.

Aroma: Passion fruit, Orange blossom, Honey
Flavor: Peaches, Honey, Melon
Texture: Soft richness, Lush finish
