The grapes used to produce our 2010 Shannon Ridge Lake County Sauvignon Blanc were picked from several different blocks to help create an elegant multi-layered wine with great complexity. Stainless Steel fermented to retain the fruit flavors and aroma.

Color: Clean, light straw

Aroma: Lemon Citrus, Grapefruit, Tropical Fruits

Flavor: Citrus, Tangerine, Guava

Texture: Crisp, nicely balanced fullness, lingering finish
