Winemaking Notes

The grapes used to produce our 2011 Shannon Ridge Lake County High Elevation Sauvignon Blanc were picked from several different blocks to help create an elegant multi-layered wine with great complexity. Stainless Steel fermented to retain the fruit flavors and aroma.

• Aroma: Lemon citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruits
• Flavor: Citrus, tangerine, lemon grass
• Texture: Crisp, nicely balanced fullness, lingering finish
