2007 Petite Sirah

The grapes used to produce our 2007 Shannon Ridge Lake County Petite Sirah came from several Lake County blocks to create a complex, multi layered blend from fruit picked at the peak of ripeness. This wine was stainless steel fermented and barrel aged in French and American oak to add nice richness and balance.
