2011 High Elevation Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes used to produce this wine were harvested from several different blocks from our family’s vineyards in High Valley and the Red Hills appellations in Lake County, California. Deep color and flavors were achieved with gentle handling, controlled fermentation and some ex-tended maceration.
