2012 High Elevation Chardonnay

The grapes used to produce this wine were picked from several different blocks to help create an elegant multi-layered wine with great complexity. The wine was barrel fermented in American oak and a portion was put through malolactic fermentation to help create a rich fullness.

The Shannon Ridge 2012 High Elevation Chardonnay is a beautiful, straw-like color. This is a crisp Chardonnay with flavors of ripe pear and green apple.
