2013 Buck Shack Red

The 2013 vintage was long and sunny; an ideal season, but drought conditions remained. The dry spring brought concern but rainstorms in september alleviated any worry. The indian summer allowed for long hang times and balanced fruit flavors with great concentration and a heathly crop. We, the winemakers, picked the very best fruit from all of our finest vineyard sites.... After a bottle of whiskey. Tasting Notes

If Lake County could make a Super Tuscan, this would be close. Our blend of Syrah, Barbera, Tempranillo, Cabernet, and Petit Verdot creates a powerful combination of flavor, structure and complexity.
