2016 Dalliance Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes used to produce our 2016 Dalliance Cabernet Sauvignon came from the rolling hills and slopes of our family’s vineyards in Northern California. We fermented this Cabernet at a warm 87° F to bring out the fruit and lengthen tannins. It was aged on oak for 6 months; a combination of French oak for structure and American oak for spice.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of ripe blackberry, pie spice, rich vanilla. Flavors of blackberry & bright cherry, cinnamon spice, black pepper & toasted oak. Textures of rich, elegant, medium tannins, nice balance with a lush mouth filling finish
