High Elevation Sauvignon Blanc 2017

Our High Elevation Collection is a careful blend of three appellations within Lake County. A product of hot summer days, cool clear nights, and volcanic soil of the Northern California hills; this vibrant wine showcases the best grapes in a refreshing and elegant vintage.

Tasting Notes

Notes of lemongrass, mango, tangerine, gooseberry, with a steely crispness, nice tropical fullness, depth and a complex long finish. My favorite white wine, this Sauvignon Blanc pairs with ceviche and hot summer days hanging out by the lake.  - Joy Merrilees, Director of Winemaking and Production
